WP3.AZ1 - Survey of new professionals: analysis of the requirements

In the framework of this action a Permanent Observatory of Maritime Industry Expertise is proposed. The design and implementation of training courses as part of the research project RITMARE are functional to the creation of a virtuous system of lifelong learning which  has its strength in the active debate and the synergistic commitment between academia and industry.
