WP5.AZ3 - Development of new technologies to reduce energy consumption

The action is structured in three phases: the analytical study of vessels present situation, by performing an energy audit resulting in the definition of actions and improvements to be taken, not to mention the cost to implement them, the implementation phase for the construction of the identified technical rationalization, addressed to the reduction of primary energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency, and finally the definition of guidelines for the future management and maintenance of the proposed solutions. The cost-benefit analysis will identify the return time (payback time) investment and will assess the economic viability of the proposed solutions.
